Coolant Outlets
Plastic housings and outlets play an important role in automotive design, widely used and offering cost efficiency and flexibility across applications. However, in restricted engine bay environments, they have their service limits – lack of maintenance and failure of other components in the cooling system can lead to secondary failure of one or more plastic coolant housings, which then require replacement.

Expansion Tank Caps and Radiator Caps

Modern advances in cooling technology ensure expansion tanks work at pressures in excess of 2.0 bar and our caps include designs made from zinc plated steel, stainless steel (where fitted directly to the radiator) and plastic (for higher operating pressures).

Oil Coolers
Designed for use in cars, motorcycles or a variety of heavy industrial uses, oil coolers play a vital part in keeping engine oil temperatures down and pressures up.
Serck Automotive’s lightweight oil coolers are made from aluminium and can be used for cooling engine oil, automatic transmission oil, hydraulic oil or any other fluid which is not corrosive to aluminium. Heater Matrix
A heater Matrix, often referred as a heater core, is a crucial component in a car heating system.
The heater matrix is essentially a small radiator located inside the car’s dashboard. Its primary function is to warm up the air that blows into the Cabin.
Hot coolant from the engine circulates through the heater matrix. This coolant is the same that’s used to cool the engine, but here it serves a dual purpose by providing heat.
Air from outside or recirculated air from inside the car passes over the hot heater matrix. The air absorbs heat from the matrix, gets warmed up, and then is blown into the car’s interior through vents controlled by the heating system.

Heater Blowers

Heater Resistors
Heater resistors – or heater blower motor resistors – control the fan speed of the interior heater, and as one of the most commonly used cabin functions, they are liable to wear out over time. We offer a range of heater resistors and pre-resistors (radiator fan resistors), which also require replacement once they wear out to ensure that radiator fans are working correctly.

Intercooler Hoses

Water Pumps
Serck Automotive’s range of water pumps covers a wide range of the UK market, each with a 12 month comprehensive warranty. Every water pump is subjected to hydro/pneumatic pressure testing before leaving the factory, replicating the actual operating conditions of the pump to ensure it meets the ISO TS16949 automotive production standard. We are confident in the quality of the product. each pump bears our brand name using permanent ink-jet marking as a mark of quality.
